Brian Patrick Cassidy

Brian Patrick Cassidy age 37, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2025. Brian is survived by his loving parents Dan, Sr. and Mary (Hayn) Cassidy, brothers Dan, Jr. and Sean (June), his beloved girlfriend Devon Persico. Brian is also survived by nephews Justin, Kevin, his God son Sean Patrick, Jr.; his nieces Aoife and Hannah and Alexandria & Michael O’Brien, Devon’s children to whom he was a devoted father figure, his extended family of Aunts, Uncles and Cousins and many friends.

Brian was a proud 2006 graduate of Roman Catholic High School where he was a member of the baseball, football and wrestling teams. Throughout his life Brian actively participated in the Community Sports Programs of the 21st Ward, the Roxborough Eagles and Houston Playground. And Brian could always be found avidly backing the Sports Teams of Philadelphia: The Eagles, The Phillies and The Flyers.

Relatives and Friends are invited to Brian's Funeral Service on November 7th at Our Mother of Consolation Church, 11 East Chestnut Hill Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19118: Viewing 9:30-10:45 am, Mass will follow at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 3301 West Cheltenham Ave., Cheltenham, PA 19150.
