Edward "Grump" Leser

Edward “Grump” Leser Age 79, on November 17, 2017 Born April 11, 1938, he grew up in Chestnut Hill and attended Our Mother of Consolation school. He was a Springfield Township Police Officer, member of the Bocce Club and avid Eagles fan. Grump had a great sense of humor and enjoyed spending time with family and friends, making them laugh, playing card games and watching sports. Beloved nephew of the late Margaret “Mae” and Hedley Jagger. Loving brother of the late Gordy Leser. Survived by sister Gina (Ed) Chase, sister-in-law Sandra Leser, and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at Our Mother of Consolation Church, 9 E. Chestnut Hill Ave., Monday, November 27th at 9AM. Funeral Mass 10AM. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
