McKINNEY FRANCES McKINNEY (nee D’Lauro) Entered into Eternal Life on May 3, 2021 at the age of 93. Loving wife to the late James T. McKinney for 44 years. Beloved mother to Susan (Gary) Nordland, James (Colleen) McKinney, Anthony (Elizabeth) McKinney, Mary (Brian) Gallagher, Jody (Donald) Sweeney. Proud grandmother of Erin, Benjamin (Regina), Tyler, Patrick (Laura), Joseph, Katie (Riley), Kevin, Margaret, Casey, Kelly, Mary Grace, Patrick, Mary. Great grandmother to Ariana, and Elliott. Preceded in death by her 4 siblings, Felix (Marguerite), Grace, Rae (Harry), and Anthony (Margaret). Further survived by other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Monday, May 10, 2021 from 9:30am until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am at Holy Martyrs Church, 120 Allison Rd., Oreland, PA. She will be laid to rest following Mass at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Fran was a devoted wife and a loving and supportive mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She possessed incredible strength and persevered through all of life’s challenges. Her faith in God brought her great peace and comfort. Fran began and finished each and every day of her life with prayer. Fran’s family and friends were the heart of her life. Fran will be deeply missed and her spirit will live on through those that she met. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holy Martyrs or St Jude.
