The Lord called Jeremiah (“Jerry”) Keenehan home on Saturday, September 2, 2023. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Jerry is the loving son of James W. Keenehan and Helen C. Keenehan and brother of James (preceded in death), Dan (Carol), and Tom (Bea). Jerry is also survived by his daughters Kathleen Marie (Brent), Nina (Matt) and Cristin, his grandchildren Michael (Ally), Anthony, Katie, Ryan, and Dylan, his great-grandchildren Cameron, Abigail, and JJ and his loving cousins, nephews and nieces. Jerry was deeply devoted to his family and his tireless support and love will never be forgotten. Jerry was a proud Marine who served his country dutifully. He lived a life founded on faith, generosity, kindness, a creative spirit, and a profound love of nature. Whether he was scuba diving in Truk Lagoon or taking a walk in the woods at the Morris Arboretum, Jerry took his camera everywhere and his artistic gift will be a part of his wonderful legacy.
