Margaret Dickey Mong

Margaret Dickey Mong October 16, 1921 - May 16, 2021 Margaret Mong (née Dickey) 99, of Stoystown, on May 16 at her daughter's home in Philadelphia. Wife of the late Vernon Mong; Survived by daughters Stacey (Douglas) MacBride and Paige (Melvin Erickson) Minick; also grandsons William Minick, Andrew (Allison) MacBride and Peter (Katherine) MacBride; Great grandmother to Winslow, Cooper, George and Arthur MacBride. Preceded in death by her parents John O. and Ada Belle (Ross) Dickey and brother Robert R. Dickey. Margaret was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Stoystown. She worked at Somerset State Hospital where she was the Purchasing Agent. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later time. Contributions in her memory may be made to the Humane Society of Somerset County or Grace Lutheran Church in Stoystown.
