Myron was the son of Maynard C. Hallock, a Lutheran Pastor, and Isabelle Hallock.  His brother Lewis, predeceased him in 1993. His first wife Martha Lee predeceased him in 1977. Both Lewis and Myron graduated from Albright College. Myron was a member of the Albright basketball program and of the Pi Tau Beta fraternity.   Upon graduating with a B.S. degree in Biology, Myron continued his education at Sir George Williams University, Springfield College, and Widener University to earn his YMCA Certification. He has held positions at various YMCAs as swim team coach, Aquatics Director, Youth Director, Resident Camp Director, Conference Center Director, Program Director, and Executive Director. He also served as President of the Eastern PA Competitive Swimming League, conducted swimming officials clinics and served as a PIAA swimming official, certified Red Cross Instructor, and YMCA certified swimming instructor. Myron spent his life working for and serving others.   Following his work with the YMCA, Myron continued his career with educational publishers in the sales field. He formed his own company, The School Shelf, that represented publishers in the areas of pre-school, K-12, post secondary education, and adult education. During the last year of his career he was selected as the Honorary Chairperson of the PA Adult Education Conference. Myron also earned his certification in the field of drug and alcohol counseling.   Throughout his professional career, Myron was actively involved in community service. Retired since 2005, Myron and his wife, Jane, a retired educational consultant and college professor, are active members of Christ Ascension Lutheran Church. Myron served on the Church Council as Property Point Person, member of the Child Care Committee, Treasurer, Finance Committee, Elder Diner Committee, Altar Guild, usher, and chaired fund raisers.   He is survived by his wife Jane, four daughters: Bonnie and husband Christopher Ivaniski, Barbara Ann Helmich, Melinda and Merri Beth Hallock, and three sons: Tony Agostinelli, Mark and wife Andrea Agostinelli, Matthew and wife Margarita Agostinelli, nine grandchildren: Alyse and husband Anthony Russo, Jonathon, Jamie Lee and Isabelle Helmich, Christopher and Alex Agostinelli, Mateo, Malia, and Misha Agostinelli, and great granddaughter Ariana Lucia Russo.   Myron loved his family, his puppy dogs, sports, boating, the Jersey Shore, and his church.
