Margaret “Peggy” Coyle, age 83, on May 13, 2022 of New Oxford, PA formerly of Ardleigh St., Chestnut Hill for 55 years. She was born in Miltown Malbay, Co. Clare, Ireland. Daughter of the late Michael and Annie O’Leary. Peggy came to Philadelphia from Ireland in 1956 and was employed by Acme Markets for 40 years in the meat department. For 51 years she was the wife of love of her life, the late Edward J. Coyle formerly of Kill, Co. Donegal, Ireland. They resided on Ardleigh St. in Chestnut Hill throughout their marriage. Peggy is survived by her daughters Grace Ann Coyle (John), Eileen Henry (Michael) and Colleen Kelly (George), her grandchildren Aislinn, Brenna, Sean and Annie Rose Coyle, Matthew (Christie) and Eamon Henry, Kiera, Stephen, Maggie, Brianna, Catherine and Deirdre Kelly and her great granddaughter Aurora Marchionne. Sister of Anna Magorry, Michael O’Leary and the late John O’Leary. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Peggy’s final hours were full of peace and love, surrounded by her daughters and family. Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass at Our Mother of Consolation Church, 9 E. Chestnut Hill Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19118, Thursday, May 19th at 10AM. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph Villa, 110 W. Wissahickon Ave., Flourtown, PA 19031.
