METZ SHIRLEY E. METZ (nee Henney) of Alexandria, age 85, died peacefully on July 16, 2021 at her daughter’s home in Pottstown, PA. Survived by her husband James C. Metz, her children, James D. “JD” (Faye) of Pottstown, Janet Kugler (the late Bruce) of Birdsboro, Ronald C. (Carol Lightcap) of Ambler, Stacey J. Sholly (James) of Pottstown, 14 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her 2 grandchildren Christyanna Winnifred Sholly and Ronald Abram Jones, 2 great grandsons and her 15 siblings. A visitation will be held Friday, July 23rd at 11AM followed by a Funeral Service at 1PM in the Chapel at Ivy Hill Cemetery, 1201 Easton Rd., Phila., PA 19150. Interment private.
